Jeff wrote Spirit Fall on Us in 1999 and first introduced it at New River Fellowship in Franklin, TN. Michael W. Smith, one of the founders of New River, heard the song and loved it. "You'll love Jeff's song. It's one of my current favorites." It has since been taught all over the country by various worship leaders.
Jeff Nelson is a songwriter, keyboard artist and producer who lives in Franklin, TN. You may know his name from the song Purify My Heart which was a big Promise Keeper song. Also if you haven't heard Jeff's Prayer Songs, you need to get a set of those instrumental CD's.
